The Fair
Yeah, yeah, you know the drill. We went to the fair on Friday afternoon and yes, it was the same as every other year. We didn't stay for very long--we knew where the highlights were.
We checked out all the booths. Of course, the food was fabulous. We checked out all the animals-I loved seeing the piggies and the colored Easter chicks.
Another thing I enjoyed was the old fashioned root beer in a tin cup. Am I just getting too old? I used to go all four days, ALL day long. This time we were only there a couple of hours, but I still feel like I got the full fair experience...I just checked out my favorite parts!

You spent your time at the fair about like us. We were just a little slower getting outta there because we had to haul 2 kids along. I sure got my fix for the year.
That's the best way to do it! It is exhausting staying there all day. I wish I would have tried out the root beer... yum!
